Injection Molding
Ranging in size from minute components used in the manufacture of hearing aids through to wheelie bins and communication devices, Premier Tooling can produce complex and precise injection molding tools from a single cavity prototype to multi cavity intricate tools. We also offer a service to refurbish and modify existing tools.
Blow Molding
Premier Tooling is capable of producing single cavity tools with a capacity of up to 200 liters, and multi cavity tools with excellent cooling properties. Refurbishment and modification of existing tools is another of our valuable services.

Premier Tooling has the proven track record in the designing and building of casting tools for the production of metal tooling. Specializing in complex or complicated shapes, we are capable of designing and building tools for investment, gravity, and both low pressure & high pressure die casting.

Prototyping
Premier Tooling offers a prototyping service. Using suitably priced technology, a facsimile of the final product is produced, allowing for alterations in the design or engineering specificaiton before progressing to production tooling.
Precision Machining
Projects requiring close tolerance high quality components; manufactured from a variety of materials including alloys, composites, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium are within our scope.
With our up to date machinery & knowledge of the precise machining abilities required for accurate tool making we are able to produce components within tolerance consistently.
